CAMP CHASE DAY CAMP RUNS FROM 9AM TO 3:30PM. PRE CAMP DROP OFF STARTS AT 7AM, POST CAMP PICK UP ENDS AT 6PM. OPTIONAL PRE AND POST CAMP IS ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE FARMINGTON VALLEY AND WHEELER YMCA.

YMCA of Greater Hartford family memberships can save $10 off of regular session prices! Membership must be valid during camp session to be applied.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
  • Pay In Full* Families can pay off the entire balance at the time of registration.
OR
  • Payment Plan* We will charge your account equal payments to a credit card on file. Please contact camp at 860.909.0563 to set up a payment plan.

* All payments are due 3 weeks prior to the session start date. YMCA Camp Chase requires a one-time Camp Registration fee of $30 per child, to be paid annually at the time of registration.

That’s why we provide financial assistance to individuals and families who need extra support.

How to Apply for Financial Assistance
  1. Register Online
    Begin by registering for the sessions you need online. As you progress through the registration process, you will see an option to apply for financial assistance. Simply choose this option, and the system will prompt you to complete any necessary paperwork.

  2. Complete the Required Forms
    Once you’ve selected the financial assistance option, you’ll be guided to fill out an application form and provide documentation that verifies your financial situation. These steps help us tailor the support to your specific needs.

  3. Submit Your Application
    After you’ve finished the required paperwork, submit it through our secure portal. Our staff will review your application and contact you about next steps.
